The St. Regis Amman truly sets the bar for luxury and hospitality. Having stayed in over 30 hotels across the globe, I can confidently say this has been my best experience yet. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every interaction with the staff made us feel at home. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed created a level of comfort that’s rare, even in the most prestigious hotels. Whether it was assisting with dinner reservations, offering personalized recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, their dedication to service was unparalleled. From the moment I booked my stay until I left the property, the entire staff was extremely welcoming, respectful, helpful, and detail-oriented. Every person I interacted with showed the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. At the Segreta restaurant, Chef Tamara's salmone scottato is a must-try! The establishment itself is conveniently located in downtown Amman. The interior decor is a balanced blend of eastern and western influences that create a high-end, intimate atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable and sound-proof. I also had the pleasure of attending a wedding celebration at the enchanting Astor ballroom. The event was beautifully organized and catered in-house with a generous and varied buffet selection.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of our every need and ensured that our holiday got off to a brilliant start. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was opulent and well-maintained. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, the nibbles with drinks and the personalised cups at breakfast made the stay special.

Breakfast was excellent, butler service was excellent, we stayed 3 nights and there were no baklava or fruits in our room, we checked out and returned after 1 night from wadi rum, stayed 1 more night and that room had 3 peaches and a wooden box with baklava.
